He's a Youtuber that reviews and drives cars. You might think: "Yeah right, Youtube is full of bullshit authenticity."

No.

Well, yes, you're right about YouTube. But not Doug.

Doug is embarrassingly real. No fancy garages. No fancy clothes (let's hear it for the cargo shorts). No fancy production.

Just a dork, a tripod, and ridiculous cars. Everything about the guy, his quirks and features, are memorable. He's a walking, talking catch phrase

Love it or hate it—it works.

A strong brand is as much about the haters as it is the lovers.
