Humans pay attention to what stands out.
How often do you consider the distinctiveness of your brand? A lot of brands talk about being different but very few actually act on it.
My 2-year-old had a small toy version of one of the fastest cars in existence: the Bugatti Chiron. This was our only experience with this car. One day, while watching "cars going fast" (a common YouTube request of his), he called out "Bugatti" in his innocent little 2-year-old voice.
The Bugatti Chiron is distinctive as hell mainly because of its grill.
It's so distinctive that a 2 year old can spot one with almost 100% accuracy (trust me, I've been testing him. It wasn't a fluke). That is amazing design.
A willingness and confidence to do something bold, like put an unconventional shaped grill on a supercar, is a move you don't see from many brands in general
